Toilet cistern and flush mechanisms
Ask about fill valves, flush parts, cistern seals and other repair fittings. Brand, model and dimensions are especially useful in identifying a replacement.
Tap cartridges and washers
Cartridges and washers can look similar but have different dimensions and specifications. Photograph the part, connections and any visible markings.
Wastes, traps and bathroom fittings
Enquire about basin wastes, bottle traps, connectors and other bathroom plumbing parts. Please include sizes and installation details where possible.
Need just one part?
Homeowners are welcome. You can send one photo or a handwritten parts list on WhatsApp and discuss collection or delivery with the team.
Frequently asked questions
