Unusual part? Send a picture
Photograph both connection ends, any manufacturer markings and a ruler for scale. A useful photo can save guessing whether a part is a push-fit adaptor, valve or older connector.
For plumbers on the tools
Send a typed list of copper or plastic fittings, radiator valves, bathroom spares and other specified items, with quantities and preferred brands.

Get the right part without the guesswork
Send the fitting type, dimensions and quantity, together with a clear photograph where possible. If you're on a plumbing job, a full materials list is even better. Baz & Kaz can help clarify the enquiry and check the part specifications before any order is agreed.
